The Right team

Right Thing.Media is led by Gerson Barnett. He combines 20 years in senior commercial digital strategy positions at Telegraph Media Group, Future plc and CBS corporation with five years’ social impact experience in East Africa. Here he evangelised for “Trade not Aid” and revolutionised the sustainable, ethical fashion supply chain, partnering with global fashion retailers including LVMH, Urban Outfitters, John Lewis and ASOS. As Executive Director of RT.M, Gerson heads up a dynamic team with a diverse skillset who share his commitment to doing the Right Thing.

Tim is a digital leader with over twenty years' experience in digital media, including as GM of, Digital GM for Thomson Reuters and Chairman of the Association of Online Publishers (AOP). His focus is on publishing, advertising, business development and strategy.

The Global Goals

In 2015 the United Nations launched the Sustainable Development Goals with the aim of creating a better world by 2030. The Goals have the power to end poverty, fight inequality and address the urgency of climate change. ​

Our Goal is to raise awareness of the SDGs both within the media industry and amongst the audiences our campaigns reach, and to forge new Partnerships for the Goals.​ By working together, we can build a better world.
